IBC Family Tee Time Sweepstakes
Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  Void where prohibited. MUST BE A LEGAL U.S. RESIDENT 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY TO ENTER. There are three ways to enter: (1) complete an Official Entry Form available while supplies last on specifically marked packages of IBC Root Beer and mail in stamped envelope to: IBC Family Tee Time Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 643, Riverton, NJ 08077-0643, (2) fill out a 3" x 5" card with your hand-printed name, complete address, daytime phone number and birth date and mail in stamped envelope to above address. No facsimile, mass entries or mechanically, electronically or otherwise reproduced entries accepted.  Each entry must be postmarked by 11/15/03 and received by 11/20/03 or (3) visit www.thepmga.com and complete and submit an Official Entry Form as directed by 11:59 PM, ET, November 15, 2003. Only one entry per family or household regardless of method of entry. Sponsor not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, illegible, postage-due, mutilated or misdirected mail or returned e-mail. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sweepstakes starts 6/1/03 and ends 11/15/03. 

2. PRIZES: Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize: a 5 day/4 night trip for four (4), (One (1) winner and three (3) guests) to Orlando, Florida. Trip consists of round-trip coach air travel for four (4) to Orlando, Florida from major U.S. airport nearest winner's residence, hotel accommodations for four (4) (two rooms, standard, double occupancy), transportation between hotel and airport, and $1,000 spending money. (Total ARV:  $10,000.00; actual value will depend on residence of winner and time of travel.) Winner's choice of dates may be subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel/accommodation restrictions may apply. Trip must be taken within one year of prize notification, or Grand Prize will be forfeited. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize winner and guests.  Grand Prize winner and guests must travel together on same itinerary. First Prize (12): First prizes are provided by Mott's®. Twelve winners will win one (1) IBC branded Long Drive Golf Club (ARV: $300.00).  Second Prize (100): Second prizes are provided by Mott's®. One hundred winners will win one dozen IBC branded golf balls (ARV: $20.00).  Total ARV of all prizes: $15,600.00.  Approximately 4,150,000 Official Entry Forms will be available; however, actual odds of winning all prizes depend on the number of valid entries received by mail and online. 

3. DRAWING:  A random drawing will be held on or about 12/15/03 from among all valid entries received. Drawing will be conducted by an independent judging agency. Winners will be notified by mail. Grand Prize winner is required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity Release where legal, Travel Release and Liability Release. Travel companions of Grand Prize winner (or if a minor in their state of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) must complete and return a Travel Release/Liability Release prior to issuance of travel documents. Affidavits and releases must be completed and returned within 10 days of their issuance. If not returned within the time period specified or if any prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be randomly chosen. First Prize winners will be awarded their prize approximately 10 to 12 weeks from notification.

4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of U.S., 21 years of age or older at time of entry.  Employees and their immediate family or household members of Mott's Inc., the Professional Miniature Golf Association, the Long Drivers of America, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and participating retailers are not eligible to enter or win. 

5. CONDITIONS: Void where prohibited by law.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.  All taxes are the winner's sole responsibility. No transfer or assignment of prize or cash substitution is permitted unless approved by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value. By entering sweepstakes, entrants (a) release and agree to hold harmless Mott's Inc., Professional Miniature Golf Association ("Partner"), Long Drivers of America ("Partner"), Deutsch Inc. ("Promotion Agency"), and each of their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use/misuse of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto), including liability for personal injury, death, damages or loss; (b) if a winner, consent to use of name, photograph, voice recordings and likenesses for publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law; and (c) acknowledge that. In the event of any dispute as to the identity of any online entrant, entry will be deemed made by individual named on online entry form.  Sponsor has not made any representation or warranty relative to prize quality or utility, which prizes are awarded "as is". Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials or for technical, network, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind or failure of Sponsor to receive entry material on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or website or a combination of both. Sponsor reserves right in its sole discretion to cancel sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if it becomes technically or otherwise corrupted; and in such event at its discretion select winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring cancellation. Notice of any cancellation will be posted on www.thePmga.com.  The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.
