October 1998's PMGA event will be titled as being one of the most memorable of all time, thanks to Mulligan's of Ogden. Not only did we witness the abolishment of the "I'm loosing cuz I'm
getting married this month" streak, but also witnessed the most hole-in-ones ever made in one night from the PMGA. The Mulligan's of Ogden allowed each member of the PMGA to stride away with a wimph
of glory.
There are two courses at Mulligan's in Ogden. On this night, the Lighthouse course beheld many challenges to our dismay. We awed at the arrangement of obstacles, tunnels through rocks, and clots or dirt
thrown by Shane to calm his anger. Although the course was well-designed with gushing waterfalls and streams to make us cold, we dock the course points because of its poor lighting. Some strokes were
made witha leap of faith in hopes to find the hole. Paul could define his traumatic loss as "The faith with no leap".
When all was said and done, we jealously watched Dave ride "Shotgun" to Hires Big H in celebration of a fantastic course conquered. Dave White, PMGA 10/98
Best score reported: 40 - Shane Jacobs 10/98
